UCSC Farm and Garden Project

The UCSC Farm & Garden are operated by staff and students of the Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems at UC Santa Cruz. The Farm & Garden serve as training sites for students in the six-month Apprenticeship in Ecological Horticulture, who raise a wide variety of vegetable, fruit, and flower crops as part of their hands-on training. Fresh organic produce is sold twice a week through a 90-member CSA and the market cart, located at the base of campus.
Tags: farmers market, organic farm, sustainable farms, agroecology, ccof, caff, committee for sustainable agriculture

Map this on Platial
