Avanti People Partnership International (formerly ASIA Partnership Philippines, Inc.) was first set up as a part of The ASIA Partnership Group back in 1995. It aimed to provide a highly professional cross-cultural executive search firm that would assist Filipino professionals gain employment in the ASIA Pacific Region.
In 1998, ASIA Partnership Philippines expanded to service the then emerging Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
In 2005, ASIA Partnership Philippines, Inc. became Avanti People Partnership International, a new name and a renewed promise of continuing excellence in Executive Search and Recruitment and Staffing. Now, Avanti Services includes HR outsourcing solutions in training and development, payrolling, and project management.
Avanti belongs to a worldwide network of executive search firms. It is engaged in search and recruitment consultancy, servicing multinationals as well as local companies in various industries including Banking and Finance, IT and Call Centers. "Our job is to find the right people for companies in need of them," says Nerissa Reyes, President of Avanti People Partnership International. This is done regionally for placements in the executive level. For the local market, placements are done in all levels.
Avanti is part of the pioneering group for call center recruitment and staffing in the Philippines.
