Parlance Systems, Inc. (PSI) is a 100 percent owned ePLDT call center facility that exclusively services dedicated clients. PSI started commercial operations in June 2002. This 500-seat call center facility provides inbound billing support to a US company with eight million subscribers.
The Parlance call center uses PLDT International's global point of presence infrastructure that hauls both voice and data from the US continent directly to the Philippines.
