What kind of ice cream establishment can exist and thrive on only four flavors?

Big J's can. To go with the quartet of flavors offered (chocolate, vanilla, and two flavors that change on a weekly basis), Big J's offers loads of choices for toppings and how you want your custard served, from milkshakes to their "Hurricanes," a blended mix of custard and toppings.

We had the privilege of eating both peanut butter and almond praline frozen custards, the two featured flavors of the week. While the peanut butter flavor wasn't as strong as it could have been, the thick and almost chewy texture of the custard was still pleasant. The almond praline was the first of the four flavors we completely devoured, a testament to its delightfulness.
