I took a risk on some truck that parked here. They didn't know what a B&C was. I had to explain it, then try again in really bad Spanish. They concluded I meant vegetarian, and proceeded to make a B&C with onions, lettuce, and sauce. Oh well. It was pretty good for a truck. The onions are good to add.
