One of the largest Scottish Irish Festivals in Eastern Pennsylvania, and the only event of its type that is totally FREE, no admission fees, no seating fees for any performances and no parking fees. Pipe bands, Irish and Highland dancers, highland games,sheepdog trials, and much more.
