Do they even like tacos in Oaxaca? The first B&C they did for me was not very good, and I panned them on this map - cold cheese, too-hard beans, lots of onions. A few tries later, however, they have really upped the quality, and their mix of bean and cheese is much better, plus they go easy on the onions. They use whole beans that are nice and soft, and a white cheese. Their meat tacos are also very good.
