While noodles and dumplings are the order of business here, side dishes like garlicky pea vines also excelled. A great culinary experience at a shockingly affordable price.

"Legendary" may be the apt term to describe this dining experience. Noodles are created before your very eyes by an industrious gent who manipulates the dough at warp speed, spinning and twirling until lo, ropes of fresh pasta are produced. These are topped with full-flavor broths, enriched with cilantro, garlic-spiked lamb shanks, or barbecued pork, or eaten cold with chicken.
