Description:
Isabel was a really cute barista at the Starbucks a block from my apartment. A couple months back I was lending a hand with a project being undertaken by the nursing school at the university where I work, and she showed up to have her picture taken for it; it turned out she was a nursing student and that we also had a good friend in common. A couple weeks later I finally asked her out one morning at Starbucks, and later that week we went to see a screening of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" here in town. I thought she had a good time, and as we were leaving I told her I'd give her a call later on in the week to see if she wanted to do anything, and she sounded fine with that, but when I left a message on her voice mail she never called me back.
