the original shop that started it all. this shop used to be the bicycle repair collective which has now relocated to 46th and belmont.
citybikes mother shop is tiny, packed with accesories, parts and tools. a full back room for cheap used parts, the shop also has two stands for outside customer use and a bunch of loaner tools for the public for FREE. but be polite to your mechanic please because this shop is slammed 9 months of the year and the mechanics get a little onry sometimes with the sheer numbers of customers filling up the shop. the BEST in value for bike repair. simply put they do great work for low prices.
this shop is full service: basic and deluxe tune-ups light overhauls ( big ones sent down to annex) and custom installations of parts and accesories. check out the flyers posted on the front door for all the cool events that citybike workers are involved in outside of their daily routines.
