Description:
Manchester University's purpose built venue. The Academy has been the location of a number of great gigs I've been to and one or two club nights. Recently refurbished (a process that is ongoing despite its reopening at the end of 2007) the new look Academy promises to be energy efficient and ecologically friendly.
