They have a decent B&C, but not as good as the one in LH. I should note that they use white mexican cheese. It's unpredictable which cheese any given stand will use. Yellow cheddar is the standard cheese at most "American" stands, or older places, but white seems to be the type at the more "Mexican" places. It's one of those things, I guess. At least this stand knew about a B&C. Some of the shops that cater mainly to immigrants don't know the B&C, and make mistakes like rolling it up with whole beans and onions (which tastes pretty good, nonetheless).
