vegan and vegetarian food. owned by Jimbo the same guy that runs the Vita on Alberta. Paradox is kinds like Vita's kid brother that everyone ignores.
Paradox food simply isnt as good or as cared for as the Vita's. Rumor has it the staff is treated better at Vita too. maybe there is a correlation.
If you are going to Paradox be prepared for a long wait. The service is always sloooow. But the Servers are friendly and cute. Eat the corn cakes, multi-grain pancakes and soups, burritos and fancy cakes. Avoid the rotating menus, frankly i cant tell if they even taste half of the stuff they advertise before it goes o the menu. Trust me I love this restaurant...I just feel sorry for it is all.
