Brooklyn Community Access Television (BCAT) manages Brooklyn’s public access channels, offering viewers four cable channels of programs produced by the community for the community. The BCAT Media Center provides Brooklyn residents with a broad range of media services and support programs that enables the creation, production, and cablecasting of community television programs of Brooklynites.
