Description:
Opened in 1912 as the Globe Theatre, then remodeled and reopened in 1921 as the Blue Mouse. The building was sold in 1958 and demolished.

Paul Forsythe, who had bought the theatre in 1940, took the sign with him in '58 and installed it on the old Capitol Theatre building.
