5 foodgasms in one meal is a lot of ridiculously rich good eatin. The new restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental stars Eric Ziebold as Chef de Cuisine - but sadly, since we ate there, has lost its mind-blowing pastry chef Jewel (responsible for two of the foodgasms) and her husband Aaron Zimmer, the sous chef, who's moved to the Ritz in Half Moon Bay.
