Incredibly innovative and flavorful Vietnamese fusion restaurant. Incredible Clay Pot dishes. Very difficult to get a table, recommend calling far ahead for reservations, or simply walking in during lunch to sit at the bar. If you are just wanting take away food, few know about "Out the Door", inside the main ferry plaza, where they have redefined fast food - the quality of Slanted Door and some of their best dishes, cheap and fast!
Check out the Belgian beers and German Rieslings for a great food pairing.
My favorites include the Imperial Rolls, Grapefruit Jicama Salad, Catfish Claypot, Cellophane Noodles, Chinese Broccoli or Green Bean side dishes.
