The best show in town is free! Cliche, but available on Victoria's waterfront and along Government street. We strolled the harbor and listened to a variety of street performers, from folk to country to reggae to the just plain wierd. We also came across a Caribbean percussion group that drew such a crowd, people spilled into the street dancing. With so much to experience in the streets, we never even set foot in a pub!
