Description:
1926-1928. This apartment building was built for Herman Sachs as business venture. The building marks Schindler's departure from using cement construction in favor for wood and stucco. A little path runs through the building, which is built on steep, sloting site. Thus, giving the appearance of a Mediteranean hill town.
