The tree in Vincent Massey Park

Description:
There is (or there was) a tree by the railroad bridge that sticks out over the water. Very nice for climbing into or hanging a hammock from, and just sitting and talking. OK, by "nice" I mean sappy and romantic, and by "sitting and talking" I mean there was one certain cute boy I used to do this with.
Other sources of nostalgia in Vincent Massey Park include the little metal barbeque pits on sticks where we went for the once-yearly weiner roast. During the April exam break (the only time the weather was warm enough). I made everybody sing campfire songs.
