The HK market has a bakery, food court serving Korean, Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and even a made-to-order sushi counter. But my favorite thing about the store is the packaged banchan (Korean side dishes) and tubs of pre-marinated meats, ready for grilling. The bulgogi, marinated sliced rib-eye at 2.99/lb is a bargain; tender, marinated galbi (beef short ribs) for $3.49/lb is also quite reasonable. Their wide selection of banchan include pickled Japanese cucumbers, seasoned spinach, green seaweed tossed with sesame oil, creamy potato salad, and marinated bean sprouts.
