The Berryhill Baja Grill will hold a tamales-eating contest on May 6, 2006, in honor of Cinco de Mayo.

The 12-minute contest will take place in Houston, TX, and the IFOCE will handle all registration. To compete, eaters must be 18 years of age or older. Registration on this web site does not guarantee a seat in the contest -- participation will be confirmed by the IFOCE via email.

Registration for this contest is now closed. We hope to see you there as a spectator!

The contest will begin at 1pm.
