She holds a B.A. degree in Community Service with a concentration in Business from U of R. She is working on her Masters and Doctorate at Christian Leadership University. Maxine and husband Elder James Carey have been married 26 years and support a variety of ministries. Maxine has worked in the Community Services for over 30 years in Case Management.
