A couple minutes from the city center (12 in fact), the Haga Forum is at once a conference hall and a relaxing place to grab brunch and look out on the beautiful winterscape of Haga Park. It's typical of Stockholm that the conference center has none of the palpable alienation of the corporate agoras. Every weekend the former bus depot has a luxe brunch spread. Contrary to the food at many conference halls, this isn't miserably overcooked bland fare. In fact, the Haga Forum is one of the most popular places in Stockholm for brunch. Wallpaper* City Guides recommends, "you pile your plate high with Scando treats of herring, prawns and gravlax," huddle around the fireplace and cuddle up in a modernist sofa, if cuddling and modernism weren't so inherently antithetical.
