Element 11 refers to the periodic number of sodium. Sodium is the chief element of NACl which is common table salt. We live in and love the land of salt.

Our event is held south of the Great Salt Lake, the largest inland salt lake west of the Mississippi, and the fourth largest terminal lake in the world. The lake is typically 3-5 times more salty than sea water.
