I can't even count the number of times I've been to E-Rock. Its a great place to visit, although I would recommend going in the springtime when the peaches are ripe in Fredericksburg. Then you can get some Blue Bell ice cream with peaches on top! Pick up some wildflower seeds at the wildflower farm on the way.
