I asked for a bean burrito with a little cheese, and that is what I got. They do a good job overall, and the beans are pretty good. There were a few sub-creamy beans, but overall, it was a good batch. They also grill the tortilla, so it's flaky. That's a new thing I'm starting to notice, and like. The best part is the price of $2.50, which, for this mall, is a really good deal. For some reason, most of the food court stands are kind of expensive and mediocre. (I found a blog post about a related shop in La Habra. The food is kind of similar.)
If you're a vegetarian, the neighboring booth, Massis Kabob, has falafel.
