If you love chocolate and live or stay in the Netherlands, you HAVE to visit Janson in Zutphen. You can buy at the store (where you sit in the livingroom and watch Janson make the chocolates), order chocolate online, participate in a workshop (public demo or with your own group) or buy the DVD on how to make chocolates. Janson is also organizor of the Chocolate Festival Zutphen, this year 2006 it's on Sept 18. I wish I lived in Zutphen!
