This McCormick and Schmick's is right down the street from our offices and I end up here for lunch a lot.

On Thursday, I went to lunch with my friend Jon Ramer. For quite some time, Jon and I have been trying to find ways to work together.

We're getting closer to that, and I'll write about it when it all comes together.

But we had a very nice lunch.

We finished off their 14 Hands Merlot supply. I had the smoked salmon ravioli, Jon had ... the mahi mahi I think ... and we shared a plate of calamari.

Jon runs the Interra Project. This is a very complex system with financial transactions, integration of nonprofits, community involvement, credit cards, identity, social software and about a million other factors all coming together for positive change and business growth. It's ambitious and compelling and astounding that it's actually launched successfully.
