I went to Lai Thai in Kirkland with my friend Liu Hong today. We try to get together about quarterly, it seems, for a two hour catch-up. It's always a joy to see her.

As for Lai Thai, they have a small menu and the food was really bland. We both got five stars and neither of us finished out water.

So, don't bother with Lai Thai.

Next time we're going to a place Liu recommended in Bellevue that sounds much more promising.
