Description:
Bolsa Chica State Beach is just across from the beautifully preserved Bolsa Chica Wetlands. The beach is a nice family spot, even offering overnight camping. Fire rings are spaced all along the beach, and there are concession stands and recreational equipment rentals available. The sand beach itself is quite wide and clean, and the waves are not huge but suffice for a little body boarding.
