Warm Chocolate Chipotle Gratin Coffee-Bourbon Ice Cream
Vivian Had the
Poussian with Foie Gras diffusion
and for dessert
Sweet Potato Mochi with liquid chocolate center and Black Tea Ice Cream
The main courses were fantastic, but my god were the desserts even more so.
The coffee bourbon ice cream was inspirational. You'll see me trying to make it before summer hits, I'm sure. The Warm chocolate chipotle gratin was sort of like a bowl-free creme brulee with a warm chocolate cake center. It was perfectly done.
